You change it all for me. My night used to be the darkest. It used to be the most chaotic with my thoughts, unrest. I can never forget this till this day when you came into my dream, into my dark night, and sat by the side of my bed. You had your hand reached over to gently lay on my head. It was that moment when you touched my forehead, my very first time experiencing the kind of peace that I had been hearing but not truly knowing what it was. The peace that surpasses all understandings, the peace that washed over every bit of my tensed muscles and heart. The peace that comforts every brokenness inside. The peace that calms all destructive waves on the inside. And I fell into a very deep peaceful sleep. That was the first, and each dark night, you show up. You always show up here. I know indefinitely they are not just a dream.
