Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your delivery address.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: 2–5 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping):

  • Standard: 5–11 business days

  • Expedited: 3–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

3 | Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and select international destinations.

  • Orders $30 and above: Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $29.99: Flat rate of $5 for Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (all orders): $10

All shipping fees and product prices are charged in USD (United States Dollars).

4 | Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5 | Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Sheveta is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged:

    • Please retain all original packaging.

    • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • For additional assistance, you may also contact us and we will help where possible.

6 | International Shipping & Customs

  • The customer will bear the extra costs for expedited international orders or other expenses.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.
